SuperNormal is a trendy Asian fusion restaurant. Amazing atmosphere and make sure to come in early to get a table by 6.30 p.m. The restaurant was full.

We started with a raw Tuna with smoke soy, Kombu & chilli oil, this was amazing, followed with a lobster roll, which was buttery and rich in lobster, Chicken n prawn potstickers were great and had an amazing chilli vinegar sauce to accompany the dish. My personal favourite was the braised beef n fermented chilli beef buns, this is a must-try dish.
The slow-cooked Szechuan lamb with sesame bread n coriander paste was melting in the mouth.
This is definitely a great restaurant in Melbourne.
