Ingredients

  • 6 Brioche bread slices
  • 30 g Butter unsalted

French toast batter

  • 2 Eggs
  • 125 ml Milk Fresh milk
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Sugar white

Instructions

French toast batter

  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk well until it has come to a batter consistency. Alternatively, you can also add all ingredients to the blender and blend them all together

Cooking the french toast

  • Heat a pan on medium heat with 1 tsp of butter, let the butter melt
  • Plunge the bread in the mixture, both sides should be covered in the batter, and place it on the hot pan
    (You don't have to soak the bread in the mixture for a long time (30- second soaking is enough)
  • Cook one side for 1 min each side until it is golden brown and the batter is cooked, repeat with the remaining bread slices
  • Serve immediately with fruits, maple syrup.
