Where do we deliver in Melbourne?
We offer free deliver across Melbourne
How far in advance should I order my custom cake?
Think of us like concert tickets. The earlier is better. For next-day pickup & delivery, we offer next-day turnaround for simpler cakes such as classic cakes, number cakes, and cupcakes, subject to
capacity. For custom cakes and wedding cakes please allow at least 2-3 days notice for detailed designs
(e.g. multi-tier, carved/3D shapes, hand-modelled characters, intricate piping
or florals). For milestone cakes (18, 21, 40, 50, etc.), we suggest locking
them in sooner so you don't miss out. Need it sooner? If your date is under 1
week away, call us and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Can I get my cake the day before the party?
Absolutely. Many of our customers order the cake the day before so the big day is stress free. Our cakes stay fresh, fabulous, and photo-ready. If you receive your cake on Friday
for a Saturday event, please keep the cake refrigerated until the event. Take the cake out 1-2 hours before you cut the cake
What happens on delivery day?
Our driver brings your cake like it's carrying royalty. We deliver it safely, securely, and straight to your door. Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday with these standard delivery windows:
- Wednesday: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
- Thursday: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
- Friday: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Delivery occurs within these windows; we don't deliver at exact times. Make sure some is there to pick up the cake.
Which days do you deliver?
We mostly deliver on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday across Melbourne. Birthdays don't take most weekends off, and neither do we. Our store is closed on Sundays with no pick-up or delivery on Sundays, except for wedding cakes.
Can I request a different cake colour?
Yes you can,
For vintage cakes please select the Base colour and the frill colour as you like,
For custom kids cakes and other birthday cakes please add them on notes and give us a call so we can confirm the colour, as the colour will match the cake design etc.
