Where do we deliver in Melbourne?
We deliver across Melbourne but with limits. We don't ship cakes across oceans (sorry, New York!). We deliver across Melbourne and selected surrounding areas. We proudly serve Clyde, Balwyn, Toorak, Malvern, Tarneit, Brighton, Richmond, St Kilda, Balaclava, Caulfield, Chadstone, Truganina, Cranbourne, Point Cook,
Elsternwick, South Yarra, Glen Waverley, Prahran, Melbourne CBD, Hawthorn,
Docklands, Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley and surrounding areas. For the
freshest experience, we keep it local.
How far in advance should I order my custom cake?
Think of us like concert tickets. The earlier is better. For next-day pickup & delivery, we offer next-day turnaround for simpler cakes such as classic cakes, number cakes, and cupcakes, subject to
capacity. For custom cakes and wedding cakes please allow at least 1 week's notice for detailed designs
(e.g. multi-tier, carved/3D shapes, hand-modelled characters, intricate piping
or florals). For milestone cakes (18, 21, 40, 50, etc.), we suggest locking
them in sooner so you don't miss out. Need it sooner? If your date is under 1
week away, call us and we'll do our best to make it happen.
Can I get my cake the day before the party?
Absolutely. Many of our customers order the cake the day before so the big day is stress free. Our cakes stay fresh, fabulous, and photo-ready. If you receive your cake on Friday
for a Saturday event, please keep the cake refrigerated until the event.
What happens on delivery day?
Our driver brings your cake like it's carrying royalty. We deliver it safely, securely, and straight to your door. Delivery days are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday with these standard delivery windows:
- Wednesday: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
- Thursday: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
- Friday: 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Delivery occurs within these windows; we don't deliver at exact times. You'll get updates
when your cake is on its way so you can stay updated.
Which days do you deliver?
We mostly deliver on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday across Melbourne. Birthdays don't take most weekends off, and neither do we. Our store is closed on Sundays with no pick-up or delivery on Sundays, except for wedding cakes.

Can I choose an exact delivery time?
We deliver within set windows to keep everything running smoothly. If you need a
specific delivery time, a paid delivery upgrade applies, from $50 (subject to location and availability). Let us know and we'll do our best, but standard delivery occurs within our set time windows.
