What do I need to bring: Nothing!!! All ingredients,

Do I take the cake home: If you are doing a buttercream or tiered course you will take the decorated cake with you home.

In this course, I will be teaching the following

3.Filling batter to pans (ratios, pan sizes, quantities and calculations)
4.Baking cakes (oven temperatures, layers inside the oven etc)
5.Cooling and storing cakes

Looking to master the art of Swiss Meringue Buttercream? Look no further! Our comprehensive course will teach you everything you need to know to make silky smooth and delicious buttercream. From the perfect meringue to the ideal texture, you’ll learn all the tips and tricks to create the perfect buttercream every time.
In this course, I will be teaching the following
1.Swiss meringue buttercream Recipe (Easy way)
2.How to fill and crumb coat a cake
3.How to get a smooth finish on a cake
4.How to get pure white buttercream
5.How to get the top of the cake to have sharp edges
6 basic buttercream piping to finish the cake
Level: Beginner, Intermediate level
Tiered Class
Looking to master the art of tiering cakes that doesnt sink into the base level and help you transport the cake. Look no further! Our comprehensive course will teach you everything you need to know to make tiered cakes.you’ll learn all the tips and tricks to create well structured tiered cakes.
In this course, I will be teaching the following
1.Board prep for tiered class
2.Prepping layers, building, crumb coating
3.Doweling and stacking tiers and how to cover up the gap between tiers
4.Basic buttercream design on the tiered cake
Level: Beginner, Intermediate level

- What do I need to bring: Nothing!!! All ingredients and Equipments will be provided
- How long: you can either do it in 3 half days (3-4 hours) or you can do it in 1 and a half days if purchasing 3 courses together. days must be consecutive
- or if you are purchasing 2 courses together it can be done in 1 day 5-6 hours or two half days must be consecutive

If it is a full-day course you can bring your lunch snacks as we will have a few breaks in between.
